Responsibilities
- Lead commercialization of gedatolisib in an assigned U.S. territory; deploy innovative sales strategies and execution.
- Achieve sales targets; develop territory account/business plans to implement sales strategies and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and mitigate barriers to access in partnership with Market Access/Marketing.
- Work compliantly with the regional Medical Science Liaison to educate local breast cancer community and address clinical/medical inquiries.
- Present the product ethically and compliantly; use approved resources to build awareness and confidence in administration.
- Build long-term customer relationships; represent the company at regional/local medical conferences.
- Manage resources and maintain operating costs within budget; perform ad-hoc business support.
- Collaborate across functions and external partners; represent the company professionally with customers.
- Use verbal/written communication for balanced clinical dialogue using approved materials.
- Operationalize sales processes with Commercial Operations (targeting, territory management, territory strategy) and complete required training.
- Implement CRM/targeting/reporting systems with Sales Operations and Market Analytics.
- Uphold compliance/accountability and focus on patient needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent (scientific/business degree a plus).
- 5+ years sales or customer-facing experience (key accounts, market access, thought leader engagement).
- 3+ years oncology biotech/pharma results-oriented sales.
- Track record as top performer; results-oriented and able to excel in fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling scientifically innovative products with multi-stakeholder access; competitive market experience.
- Strong โ€œBuy and Billโ€ understanding and oncology medical benefit experience.

Preferred
- Breast cancer experience (last 10 years); oncology branded launch experience.
- Established relationships with breast cancer treaters/experts in territory; solid tumor vs. hematology experience.
