Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will apply commercial insight, be a lifelong learner, lead among peers, and adopt digital tools to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulate concurrent omzetgroei
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for targeted HCPs using customer preferences, available content, and multiple engagement channels
  • Build engagement by collaborating with HCPs to develop a sustainable partnership for Novartis over time
  • Deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences by listening to needs and understanding the care environment
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support development of product- and indication-related content, campaigns, and interaction plans
  • Deliver value to customers and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs of customers and patients
  • Act with integrity and fairness, treating customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully, and speak up when things seem not right; adhere to the Novartis code of ethics and values

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales or related customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
  • Preferred: Knowledge of oncology, hematology, or rare diseases; ability to work cross-functionally
  • Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Required: Ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations
  • Required: Proficiency with data-driven decision making and digital tools for customer engagement
