Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will bring strong commercial insight, curiosity, and the ability to leverage data and digital tools to improve sales in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio.
  • Coordinate and organize customer engagement activities for target healthcare professionals, reflecting customer needs and utilizing multi-channel interactions.
  • Develop and sustain partnerships with healthcare professionals to build long-term collaboration for Novartis.
  • Provide customer-centric experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
  • Utilize data resources to create and prioritize territory/account plans and interactions with customers.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support content development, campaigns, and interaction plans related to products and indications.
  • Demonstrate value to customers and patients; collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs.
  • Act ethically and with integrity, adhering to Novartis's ethics code, values, and behaviors.

Qualifications

  • Required: Sales skills, customer insights, strong communication, negotiation, conflict management, account management, cross-functional coordination, knowledge of the healthcare sector, commercial excellence, ethics, compliance, English language proficiency.
  • Preferred: Experience in oncology or related fields; proven ability to translate data into action; ability to work across multiple channels and teams.
