Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance and promote products within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio.
  • Develop and manage region, account, and customer interaction plans; dynamically prioritize and adjust using available data sources.
  • Personalize customer interactions across multiple channels to meet HCP needs and preferences.
  • Partner with HCPs to build sustainable engagement to drive collaboration for Novartis.
  • Listen to needs and deliver customer-focused experiences beyond clinical differentiation in the healthcare setting.
  • Share customer insights with relevant internal stakeholders to support content development for products, indications, campaigns, and engagement plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions that meet unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior, transparency, and respect in all interactions; act with integrity and speak up when things do not look right.

Qualifications

  • Required: Sales experience within healthcare or related field; ability to develop customer engagement plans and utilize data to drive opportunities.
  • Preferred: Experience in oncology, hematology, or rare diseases; strong account management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
