Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and a pioneer in oncology. You will have a deep level of commercial insight who are curious, life-long learners, lead among their peers, proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, and readily adopt digital tools to couple customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulation of competitive sales growth
  • Personalize and organize client interactions for targeted medical professionals, reflecting client preferences, using available content and multiple channels of engagement
  • Strengthen engagement by partnering with healthcare professionals to establish sustainable collaboration with Novartis over time
  • Provide a memorable, client-focused experience beyond clinical differentiation, listening to needs and understanding the medical environment
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant plans for client engagement, territory, account, and customers
  • Share client information with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and engagement plans related to products and indicators
  • Benefit clients and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet unmet needs of clients and patients
  • Act with honesty and integrity, engaging with clients and colleagues transparently and respectfully, following the Code of Ethics and Novartis values; address ethical dilemmas appropriately
