Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote products within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. The role emphasizes customer-focused engagement, use of data and digital tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulate competitive sales growth.
  • Personalize and organize customer interactions for targeted healthcare professionals, reflecting customer preferences using available content across multiple channels.
  • Strengthen interactions by partnering with healthcare professionals to establish sustainable collaboration with Novartis.
  • Create a memorable, customer-focused experience beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the medical environment.
  • Use data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant plans for customer interactions, territory, accounts, and clients.
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and engagement plans related to products and indicators.
  • Benefit customers and patients; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions addressing unmet needs.
  • Act with integrity and respect toward customers and colleagues, and adhere to Novartis Ethics Code; address ethical dilemmas appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales or related customer-facing roles; ability to work cross-functionally and use data to inform plans.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of oncology, hematology, or rare disease markets; strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills; healthcare sector experience.
