Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. The role requires commercial insight, curiosity, continuous learning, teamwork, and the ability to leverage digital tools to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance and promote products within the oncology/hematology/rare disease portfolio.
  • Personalize and organize customer interactions for target health care professionals, reflecting client preferences and utilizing multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop sustained long-term partnerships for Novartis.
  • Provide memorable, customer-centric experiences that extend beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
  • Use available data sources to create, prioritize, and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans.
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and interaction plans related to the product and indication.
  • Deliver value to customers and patients; collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs.
  • Act with integrity and honesty; adhere to the Ethical Code and Novartis values and behaviors; address ethical dilemmas appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector; ability to work remotely and in the field; strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Preferred: Experience in oncology, hematology, or rare diseases; proficiency with data-driven sales planning; ability to collaborate across functions.
