Oncology Sales Representative (Field-based) โ Boise/Spokane, Idaho territory (includes Twin Falls, Coeur dโAlene, Tri-Cities, Yakima)
Key Responsibilities
- Attain/exceed assigned sales goals for the territory.
- Build relationships and trust with oncology stakeholders; uncover needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use approved resources/messaging to deliver a patient-centered rationale for oncology products.
- Apply knowledge of multidisciplinary care, cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines.
- Analyze market trends across multiple drug distribution channels (e.g., GPOs, wholesalers, specialty pharmacies).
- Review/evaluate prescribing and purchasing patterns (outpatient vs inpatient infusion; hospital/GPO contracts).
- Develop and execute short- and long-term account plans with local team and district manager (Oncology Customer Team Leader).
- Collaborate across the customer team (Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, Medicare Account Executive, etc.).
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelorโs degree + 6 years sales experience, OR high school diploma + 8 years equivalent experience.
- Equivalent experience may include healthcare/scientific work with oncology preferred (pharma/biotech/medical devices), professional marketing, or military experience.
- Valid driverโs license; reside in/near district.
- Travel/overnights 10โ15% (role requirements vary).
Preferred
- 2+ years oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics.
- Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience.
- Documented strong performance in sales/marketing or oncology clinical role.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $142,400.00โ$224,100.00; annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
