Oncology Regional Director (Solid Tumor Team) – leads 8 Oncology Territory Managers (OTMs) across the Southeast region (parts of LA, AL, MS, TN, Western GA/Atlanta, and FL panhandle). Must reside in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Obtain OTM commitments to ensure sales strategy/plan success; lead development/execution of major programs to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure OTMs complete business planning, customer relationship management, reporting, and execution metric tracking.
- Lead regional training/communication; ensure compliance with laws/regulations for HCP interactions and appropriate dissemination of literature.
- Drive results with limited supervision; establish goals, manage resources.
- Build/maintain partnerships with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Value & Access (PVA), and Learning & Development.
- Recruit/manage/train/motivate OTMs.
- Analyze regional trends/opportunities; execute marketing plans; deliver business reviews.
- Partner with Business Insights/Analytics; develop/execute strategic and tactical account planning.
- Gain formulary/protocol access; coordinate account management at larger outlets.
- Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders, Operations/Finance/Pharmacy, KOLs, and clinical experts; ensure product positioning and supply.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years commercial experience (pharma/biotech), incl. 3+ years in Oncology.
- 3+ years oncology sales leadership (preferred).
- Manage a geographic region; live near a major airport.
- Proven business planning/execution; sales success and relationships.
- High science aptitude; coach/teach/train; growth mindset; self-starter with influence/entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong relationships, organization/analysis/problem-solving, communication/collaboration, commercial/regulatory/technical awareness.
- Ability to travel 50–60% (including evenings/weekends).
- Valid US driver’s license.

Preferred:
- 4+ years leadership; 3+ years direct oncology leadership; Master’s degree.
