Job Summary (Primary Function)
- Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing the marketing strategy, educating customers, and promoting products.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external counterparts.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Engage with customers via in-person, virtual, or as requested channels, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
- Represent the organization in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
- Provide feedback on marketing tools/tactics and effectiveness reviews of sales activities.
- Use the matrix team to address customer needs and ensure access to products for appropriate patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through total account management, including product access and triaging medical or reimbursement issues.
- Execute marketing strategies; deliver branded and disease-state sales messages; execute business plans and planned promotional programs.
- Demonstrate and communicate in-depth knowledge of the clinical benefits of products.
- Develop and maintain strong disease state knowledge and exemplary selling skills.
- Create and maintain a strategically developed business plan reflecting local market and account-specific knowledge.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate strong business analytics and account management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (performance reviews and sales reports).
- Minimum relevant experience in the Hematology/Oncology market (focus on lymphoma) is preferred.
- Minimum relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales (focus on skills/achievements rather than specific years).
- Experience with buy-and-bill oncolytics and specialty pharmacies is preferred (not required).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel (car/air/train, including overnights) as required by territory/business need.
