Oncology Field Medical Outcomes Director

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Oncology Medical strategy and customer engagement within a territory, coordinating with internal colleagues.
- Educate organized customers (e.g., National/Regional Payers, Specialty Pharmacy Providers) on the clinical and economic impact of Pfizer Oncology medicines.
- Develop and implement objective, scientifically sound real-world evidence/outcomes tools (e.g., HOPEs), educational programs, and non-interventional studies to improve patient care, close quality gaps, and support population health.
- Serve as Oncology Medical lead for assigned customers: build/executing medical account plans, share insights, and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Integrate clinical, Health IT (HIT), market, and account considerations into mutually beneficial customer projects/partnerships.
- Provide oncology medical guidance/support for HIT initiatives, clinical workflows, and e-data collection; support new product/indication launch informatics resources.
- Keep abreast of scientific developments; provide approved medical content and respond to customer questions (including pharmacoeconomic interpretation).
Qualifications/Skills:
- PharmD required; BCOP preferred.
- 8+ years (bachelorโs), 7+ years (masterโs), or 5+ years (terminal degree) in relevant health science.
- Experience with clinical/formulary/management, managed care, Quality Improvement, and/or data analytics/HEOR.
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence, prioritize, and travel.
