Role Summary / Responsibilities (Field Medical โ€“ Thoracic Oncology, New England territory: MA, ME, VT, NH, CT)
- Plan and execute compliant medical strategy and engagement; coordinate with Pfizer colleagues.
- Maintain expert knowledge of relevant therapeutic area/disease states and Pfizer medicines; provide therapeutic area/product information.
- Serve as conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP questions as allowed.
- Contribute to Medical content strategy; align and execute Field Medical tactics.
- Deliver approved medical/scientific education (live/virtual; written/phone/virtual).
- Optimize patient centricity using health literacy and cultural awareness.
- Lead/participate in advisory boards; respond via triage for unsolicited inbound HCP queries.
- Support investigator sponsored research (ISR).
- Partner to identify potential clinical trial sites (including under-represented populations).
- Build research/disease-state expertise (e.g., congress data); explain study design, methodology, data analysis, interpretation.
- Provide asset leadership, field insights, mentorship, committee participation, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications / Required
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in a health science.
- PharmD/PhD (highly preferred) or equivalent terminal doctorate.
- Relevant experience: PharmD/PhD (6 yrs), MBA/MSc (8 yrs), BA/BSc (10 yrs).
- Subject matter expert; strong oral/written communication; strong interpersonal skills; leadership, change agility, judgment, teamwork.
- Ability to rapidly use digital tools and record medical interactions.
- Operate a company car; travel 60โ€“80% and work weekends; reside in MA/ME/VT/NH/CT.

Preferred
- Familiarity with SOPs/rules/regulations for Pfizerโ€“customer interactions.
- Prior Field Medical experience.

Benefits / Compensation (explicit)
- Annual base salary: $176,600โ€“$294,300.
- Bonus target: 20% of base salary; eligible for share-based long-term incentive.
