Field Medical (Thoracic Oncology) — New England Territory (MA, ME, VT, NH, CT)
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers; coordinate with Pfizer colleagues to achieve Medical objectives.
- Maintain disease-state/TA/product knowledge; provide therapeutic area/product information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP requests per Pfizer guidance.
- Deliver approved medical/scientific education; optimize patient centricity (health literacy and cultural awareness).
- Identify priority customer segments; field inbound HCP queries via triage.
- Lead advisory boards (with manager oversight); support Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR).
- Collaborate to identify potential Pfizer-sponsored clinical trial sites, including under-represented populations.
- Provide study design/data analysis guidance; deliver actionable field insights; serve on cross-functional committees; represent Medical Affairs leadership; mentor (onboarding/ad board/study lead).
Qualifications / Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science.
- Relevant experience: PharmD/PhD (6 years) or MBA/MSc (8 years) or BA/BSc (10 years).
- Subject matter expert; strong oral/written and interpersonal skills; leadership/change agility; prioritize and manage projects remotely.
- Ability to travel 60–80%, work weekends, and reside in MA/ME/VT/NH/CT.
- Operate company car; regular air travel.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Pfizer SOPs/rules/regulations; prior Field Medical experience.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary: $176,600–$294,300.
- Bonus target: 20% of base; eligible for long-term incentive.
