Field Medical Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers within a territory, coordinating with Pfizer colleagues as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines; provide therapeutic area/product information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; provide allowed information to HCPs and share customer viewpoints.
- Align with Pfizer Medical Affairs priorities to develop Medical content strategy and execute Field Medical tactics.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with HQ Medical colleagues, Medical Information, and other Field Medical colleagues.
- Deliver approved medical communications across channels (live/virtual presentations, written, telephone/virtual conversations).
- Optimize patient centricity using health literacy and cultural awareness principles.

Field Medical Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines and relevant topics.
- Identify and seek medical engagement from priority customer segments.
- Respond to direct unsolicited medical requests with truthful, accurate, scientifically supported information in compliance with Pfizer policies.
- Field inbound HCP queries via established triage.
- Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Oncology R&D, and GPD to identify potential sites for Pfizer-sponsored clinical trials, including under-represented populations.
- Provide Medical support throughout Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR).
- Cultivate research and therapeutic area expertise (e.g., congress data and disease state literature); provide asset leadership.
- Understand and communicate study design/methodology/data analysis/interpretation.
- Lead local Patient Advocacy Group(s) communications; deliver insights on patient organizations.
- Serve on cross-functional committees; represent Medical Affairs leadership with professional associations.
- Mentorship (onboarding partner, ad board and study lead mentor); participate in special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- MD or DO required.
- 4+ years relevant experience.
- Recognized subject matter expert across internal/external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience; ability to influence/collaborate and create business impact.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills and conflict management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Malignant Hematology expertise/clinical experience.
- Familiarity with Pfizer SOPs/rules/regulations for customer interactions.
- Previous Field Medical experience.
- Self-starter/accountability with urgency and results orientation; clinical/technical skills.

Work Details/Benefits:
- Remoteβ€”Field Based; travel 60–80% required; weekends occasionally; operate Pfizer company car and ability to fly.
- Annual base salary range: $230,900.00–$384,800.00.
- Eligible for Global Performance Plan (bonus target 25.0%); share-based long term incentive eligibility.
