The Oncology Field Medical Director, Malignant Hematology is responsible for providing therapeutic area/product expertise (hematology and pipeline) across medical customer segments and initiatives in an assigned territory.

Field Medical Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers in the territory.
- Maintain expert knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines.
- Provide Medical Information support and share customer insights with Pfizer.
- Develop and execute Medical content strategy aligned to Pfizer Medical Affairs priorities.
- Communicate expertly across channels (live/virtual presentations, written, phone/virtual).
- Optimize patient centricity using Health Literacy and cultural awareness.

Field Medical Role Responsibilities
- Deliver approved medical content.
- Seek medical engagement from priority customer segments.
- Respond to direct unsolicited HCP requests and field inbound queries via triage.
- Partner on site identification for Pfizer-sponsored trials and support ISR.
- Cultivate expertise (e.g., congress data/disease literature); provide asset leadership.
- Lead/participate in cross-functional committees; represent Medical Affairs leadership; mentor.

Basic Qualifications
- MD or DO required; 4+ years relevant experience.
- Subject matter expert; strong oral/written and interpersonal communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- Malignant Hematology expertise; prior Field Medical experience; knowledge of SOPs/regulations; weekend travel occasionally.

Skills/Working Requirements
- Travel 60–80% (company car; flexibility to fly; remote-field based).

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary $230,900–$384,800; bonus target 25%; 401(k) match/retirement contribution; paid leave; medical/dental/vision coverage.
