The Oncology Field Medical Director, Malignant Hematology provides therapeutic area/product expertise (hematology and pipeline) across medical customer segments and initiatives in an assigned territory.

Field Medical Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical strategy/engagement for assigned customers in territory, coordinating with colleagues to meet medical objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines; provide TA/product information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP requests as allowed.
- Contribute to Medical content strategy and execute aligned field tactics.
- Communicate effectively across channels (live/virtual presentations, written, telephone/virtual conversations); optimize patient centricity (health literacy and cultural awareness).

Field Medical Role Responsibilities
- Deliver approved medical content for Pfizer medicines in Malignant Hematology.
- Identify/seek medical engagement with priority customer segments.
- Provide accurate, scientifically supported information for unsolicited HCP requests and field inbound queries via triage.
- Support investigator-sponsored research (ISR); partner on site identification for Pfizer-sponsored trials (including under-represented populations).
- Lead assets; understand study design/data interpretation; provide study design concepts to customers.
- Coordinate with patient advocacy groups; serve on cross-functional committees; represent Medical Affairs leadership professionally.

Basic Qualifications
- MD/DO required; 4+ years relevant experience.
- Recognized SME; strong oral/written and interpersonal skills; ability to lead, influence, collaborate, and manage conflict.

Preferred Qualifications
- Malignant Hematology expertise; field medical experience; SOP/regulatory familiarity; clinical/technical skills; self-starter/accountability; weekend travel occasionally.

Skills/Work Requirements
- Strong territory leadership; remote field-based.
- Travel 60–80% (operate company car; fly for HCP/customer and scientific meetings).

Compensation/Benefits (if part of description)
- Base salary: $230,900–$384,800; bonus target 25% (Global Performance Plan); eligible for long-term incentive.

Work Authorization
