The Oncology Field Medical Director, Malignant Hematology is responsible for therapeutic area/product expertise (hematology and pipeline) across medical customer segments and initiatives in an assigned territory.

Field Medical Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute compliant Medical strategy/engagement with assigned customers; coordinate with Pfizer colleagues.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines; provide TA/product info to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP requests as allowed.
- Support Medical content strategy development and execute aligned Field Medical tactics.
- Communicate/explain medical content across channels (live/virtual, written, phone/virtual).
- Optimize patient centricity (health literacy, cultural awareness).

Field Medical Role Responsibilities
- Deliver approved medical content; seek engagement from priority customer segments.
- Provide truthful, accurate, scientifically supported responses to unsolicited HCP requests; field inbound queries via triage.
- Support clinical trials site identification, ISR, study design/data interpretation, asset leadership, and cross-functional committees.
- Communicate with Patient Advocacy Groups; represent Medical Affairs at associations/societies.
- Mentorship (onboarding/mentoring) and special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- MD or DO; 4+ years relevant experience.
- Subject matter expert; proven leadership/influence; excellent oral/written and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Malignant Hematology expertise; Field Medical experience; SOP/regulatory familiarity; prior leadership/teamwork.
- Self-starter/accountability, clinical/technical skills.

Work/Travel
- Remote, field-based; travel 60–80% (weekends occasionally as needed); company car.
