The Oncology Field Medical Director, Malignant Hematology is responsible for providing therapeutic area/product expertise across hematology and pipeline in an assigned territory (e.g., DE, MD, NC, PA, SC, VA, WV, DC).

Field Medical Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical strategy/engagement for assigned customers; coordinate with colleagues to meet medical objectives.
- Maintain TA/disease-state and Pfizer medicine knowledge; provide therapeutic area/product information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for Medical Information and customer insights; respond to HCP requests per Pfizer guidance.
- Develop/execute field medical tactics aligned to Medical Affairs priorities; collaborate with HQ Medical Information and field colleagues.
- Deliver approved content via live/virtual and written/phone interactions; incorporate health literacy/cultural awareness.

Field Medical Role Responsibilities
- Deliver approved medical content; identify priority customer segments for engagement.
- Provide scientifically supported information for direct unsolicited HCP requests; field inbound queries via triage.
- Support Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR); partner on identifying trial sites (including under-represented populations).
- Provide study design/data interpretation support; lead asset work; support patient advocacy group communication.
- Represent Medical Affairs leadership with professional societies; mentor (onboarding/ad board/study lead).

Basic Qualifications
- MD or DO required; 4+ years relevant experience.
- Recognized SME; demonstrated leadership and influence/collaboration.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal/conflict-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a continuous improvement environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Malignant Hematology expertise; SOP/regulatory familiarity; prior Field Medical experience.
- Self-starter with urgency; clinical/technical skills.

Benefits/Comp (explicit)
- Base salary $230,900–$384,800; bonus target 25% and eligibility for long-term incentive; 401(k) match and retirement contribution; paid vacation/holiday/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision coverage.

Work Location/Travel
- Remote – Field Based; travel 60–80% (weekends occasionally); operate company car; proximity to airline hub city.
