Role: Oncology Field Medical, Director (Remoteβ€”Field Based; territory: Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, AK)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute compliant medical strategy and customer engagement to achieve medical objectives.
- Maintain TA/product knowledge (malignant hematology) and provide medical information to internal/external stakeholders.
- Serve as a conduit for medical information and customer insights; respond to unsolicited HCP requests per guidelines.
- Develop/execute aligned medical content tactics; communicate via live/virtual/written/telephone channels.
- Deliver approved medical content; identify priority engagement opportunities.
- Support Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR); partner with Global Medical Affairs/R&D/GPD to identify clinical trial sites, including under-represented populations.
- Communicate study design/data interpretation concepts; provide patient-centric, health-literacy/cultural-aware messaging.
- Lead/serve on committees; represent medical leadership with professional associations; provide mentorship.

Qualifications & Skills:
- MD or DO required; 4+ years relevant experience in malignant hematology.
- Recognized SME; strong oral/written communication; ability to manage remote projects, prioritize, and lead change.
- Familiar with SOPs/rules/regulations (preferred), previous Field Medical experience (preferred), established HCP network (preferred).
- Flexibility to travel 60–80%, reasonable proximity to airline hub; ability to work weekends.
- Operate company car and regularly fly.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): $230,900–$384,800 base; bonus target 25%; eligibility for long-term incentive; 401(k) matching/retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision coverage.
