Role Summary

Oncology Account Specialist for Wisconsin. Field-based role supporting AbbVie’s oncology portfolio, focusing on building territory plans aligned with brand objectives and delivering 치료 outcomes through strong clinician relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned sales goals.
  • Presents approved disease state and product information to customers, utilizing persuasive selling skills within AbbVie Promotional Policy.
  • Leverages sales analytics and customer intelligence to create high-impact, strategic plans that align with brand objectives.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, leveraging cross-functional partners and approved resources.
  • Continuously build knowledge of evolving marketplace, territory changes, and disease state knowledge and product expertise.
  • Collaborate effectively with all territory partners and external counterparts.
  • Develop and execute a call plan that achieves metrics and optimizes coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Complies with all laws, regulations, and policies governing AbbVie activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 6+ years Oncology including gynecologic/ovarian cancer sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
  • Excellent communication with a consultative selling style
  • Competitive selling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Background checks and additional screenings as required by certain accounts
  • Business travel by air or car is regularly required
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
