Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Present clinically focused messages to grow revenue and deliver product goals related to the approved indication.
- Demonstrate marketplace/therapeutic/product/disease expertise and educate customers on products in compliance with promotion requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, office/hospital staff, and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum.
- Analyze data and create/implement territory business action plans using approved sales tools.
- Develop local tactics based on market dynamics and trends to support brand/corporate objectives.
- Identify/build relationships with new targets based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Understand account-level decisions impacting product access; plan to support patient access (e.g., formulary placement, EMR inclusion).
- Collaborate with field partners and internal/external stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Field Reimbursement, COE decision makers, KOLs).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities per company policies.
- Maximize allocated territory budget to support execution and business growth.
- Understand coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered product.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, codes of conduct/ethics, governance, and applicable law; complete required training.
Experience & Knowledge:
- 7+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales with proven success.
- 5+ years account/territory management.
- Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products preferred.
- Experience executing product launches/launch strategies.
- Ability to learn/apply technical/scientific product information.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (BA/BS) required.
- Field-based; at least 75% travel for face-to-face customer engagement.
- Candidates must live within the territory (Virginia, DC, West Virginia) and near a major airport.
- Valid driverβs license; ability to fly/drive to cover the geography.
- Additional travel to meetings/trainings/programs as needed.
Benefits:

Compensation:
- $160,000 β $214,000.
