The Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders (private practice, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, office and ancillary staff) involved in cancer patient care, providing approved disease and product information and resources to decision makers in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
- Support Genmab’s Hematology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace.
- Meet or exceed territory sales goals by positioning benefits and appropriate product use for patients.
- Develop and implement robust territory business plans; meet or exceed productivity requirements.
- Manage engagements across virtual and in-person settings; consider account communication preferences.
- Analyze market data and action insights to inform business planning.
- Build long-term, value-based customer relationships; represent brands professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
- Demonstrate understanding of disease states, brands, competitors, and articulate value across digital/live mediums.
- Maintain proficiency in reimbursement environment and injectable reimbursement/fulfillment pathways.
- Manage territory resources and budget.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Genmab U.S. policies.

Requirements:
- BS/BA degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years demonstrated success in Oncology marketplace (Hematology preferred).
- Hematology/Oncology launch experience.
- Proven account management/selling performance; strong business analytics.
- Relationship building; ability to work in matrix teams.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail; operate with ethical standards; live within assigned geography.
