Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncology stakeholders (private practice, medical groups, hospitals/academic medical centers, and ancillary staff).
- Support Genmabโs Oncology portfolio in the U.S.; meet/exceed territory sales goals by positioning benefits/use for appropriate patients.
- Create and execute robust territory business plans; analyze key market data and develop action insights.
- Manage territory effectively across virtual and in-person engagements; account for communication preferences.
- Represent brands professionally, compliantly, ethically; articulate value across digital/live channels.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of disease states and reimbursement/fulfillment pathways for injectable medications.
- Gain customer access in modern landscape; manage resources/budget; share knowledge to foster team success.
- Comply with all relevant laws/regulations/policies for Genmab U.S. staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree (accredited institution) required.
- 4+ years sales, marketing, or clinical experience (pharma/biotech/rare disease/patient care) required.
- Proven 4+ years oncology sales and/or account management success (Senior Oncology Account Manager consideration).
- Oncology launch experience preferred.
- Strong account management, selling, business analytics, relationship building, and matrix-team experience.
- Proficient: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva (etc.).
- Flexible, detail-oriented, excellent written/verbal communication; ethical compliance mindset.
- Must live within commuting distance of assigned territory (Kansas; Kansas City Metro; St Joseph, MO; Springfield/Joplin, MO).
