Location/Territory: South Texas and Louisiana (candidates must live within the territory). Remote US; field-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Present clinically focused messages, demonstrate marketplace/therapeutic/product/disease expertise, and educate customers on company products.
- Build and maintain relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, and office/hospital staff across the patient care continuum.
- Proactively address customer needs; identify market dynamics/trends; develop local tactics supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Analyze data to create and implement territory business action plans using approved sales tools.
- Identify/build relationships with new targets based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Understand account-level decisions affecting product access; plan to support patient access (e.g., formulary placement, EMR inclusion).
- Collaborate with field partners; demonstrate leadership with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Field Reimbursement, COEs, KOLs).
- Plan/execute local promotional speaker programs; maximize budget to execute strategies.
- Understand coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered product.
Experience & Knowledge/Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (BA/BS) required.
- 7+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales success; 5+ years account/territory management.
- Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience preferred (HCP-administered products preferred).
- Successful product launch experience.
- Valid driverβs license; able to fly/drive; 75%+ travel; live near a major airport.
Benefits/Compensation:
- $160,000β$214,000; eligible for medical/dental/vision, time off, 401k, and annual incentive plans (contingent on performance).
