Location/Territory: South Florida (US Remote). Candidates must live within the territory.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and generate product utilization within the assigned geography.
- Develop strategic business plans and territory action plans using approved sales tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, and hospital/office staff.
- Educate customers with clinically focused messages aligned to the approved product indication.
- Conduct local market analysis, including account profiling and influencer mapping.
- Identify and build new target relationships based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Support patient access by understanding account-level decisions (e.g., formulary placement, EMR inclusion).
- Collaborate with field partners and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Operations, Marketing, Trade and Sales).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities (per company policies).
- Maximize allocated territory budget to support strategy execution.

Qualifications/Experience:
- 7+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales success.
- 5+ years account/territory management experience.
- Relevant Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products preferred.
- Experience executing product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical/scientific information.

Education/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- Field-based role with at least 75% travel; must be near a major airport.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to fly/drive to cover the territory.
- Additional travel for meetings/trainings as needed.

Skills/Knowledge:
- Understanding of coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered products.
- Strong communication, customer orientation, influencing, and collaborative relationship-building.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Annual salary range (US): $160,000 – $214,000.
- Eligible for standard benefits (medical, dental, vision, time off, 401k) and annual incentive plans contingent on performance.
