Oncology Account Manager (field-based; defined territory in Central NJ and surrounding areas—relocation assistance not provided). Manage sales and business activities in a geographical area; design and execute area business plans to increase revenue from targeted customers via strategic analysis; leverage cross-functional partners (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations) to drive sales results; use deep knowledge of oncology customers/accounts and local market dynamics.

Responsibilities:
- Drive area sales results and ensure open patient access to GSK therapies.
- Develop and execute area business plans.
- Identify and apply resources to develop key prescribers/key account drivers.
- Proactively engage key customers/account groups to promote GSK therapies and company image.
- Work cross-functionally to maximize brand availability and exposure in key accounts.
- Collaborate with team and Regional Sales Director to support product launch and/or ongoing promotion.
- Partner with Regional Sales Director and cross-functional teams on programs/activities that increase customer access.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4-year BA/BS degree (accredited institution).
- 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience (Biologic/Specialty) and/or 3+ years Clinical Oncology experience, oncology education/patient care skills, and direct physician interface.
- Valid Driver’s License; driving is essential.
- Must live in the geography (no relocation assistance).
- Travel domestically as needed (may include overnight/weekend); up to ~30%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years oncology/specialty sales; Health System/Institutional experience preferred.
- Product marketing, specialty pharmacy, payer, and state society experience.
- Strong organizational, strategic thinking, integrity/accuracy/detail; excellent oral/written communication.

Work Arrangement:
- Field-based; primarily in assigned territory with regular travel and occasional travel beyond.

Benefits/Compensation:
- US base salary range: $161,250–$268,750; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive. Benefits include health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
