Location: Remote US (Illinois and most of Wisconsin). Candidates must be located in territory.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Present clinically focused messages to educate customers and grow revenue consistent with the approved indication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, and office/hospital staff in the patient care continuum.
- Conduct local market analysis/business planning (account profiling and influencer mapping) and create territory action plans using approved sales tools.
- Strategically identify and build new target relationships based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Develop plans to ensure patient access to care (e.g., formulary placement and EMR inclusion).
- Collaborate with field partners and internal teams (Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Operations, Marketing, Trade & Sales) and external stakeholders (COE decision makers, KOLs).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize geographic territory budget to support execution and business growth.
- Understand coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered products.
- Operate in full compliance with company policies, ethics, governance, and applicable law; complete required training.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- 7+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience; 5+ years account/territory management.
- Relevant Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products preferred.
- Experience with product launches; ability to learn/apply technical and scientific product information.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS required).
- Field-based role: at least 75% travel for face-to-face customer engagement.
- Live near a major airport; valid driver’s license; ability to fly/drive within territory.

Benefits:

Salary (US): $160,000–$214,000.
