Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Present clinically focused messages to grow revenue and meet product goals for the approved indication.
- Demonstrate expertise and educate customers on company products per promotion requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, and office/hospital staff across the patient care continuum.
- Conduct local market analysis/business planning (account profiling and influencer mapping) and create territory business action plans using approved tools.
- Identify and build new relationships based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Understand account-level decisions impacting product access (e.g., formulary placement, EMR inclusion) and plan to ensure patient access.
- Collaborate with field partners and internal teams (e.g., Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Operations, Marketing, Trade/Sales) and external stakeholders (COEs, KOLs).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities; maximize allocated territory budget.
- Understand concepts of coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered product.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience; 5+ years account/territory management experience.
- Relevant Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products preferred.
- Experience launching products and executing launch strategy.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) required.
- Field-based role with at least 75% travel; candidates must live within Kansas, Missouri, or Arkansas and near a major airport.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; must be able to fly/drive to cover geography.
