Territory: Covers Spokane, WA, Idaho and Montana. Ideal candidate resides in Boise metro area or Spokane.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts in the assigned territory.
- Create and execute clear territory business plans aligned with broader commercial goals.
- Identify key prescribers/accounts and apply resources to support needs and priorities.
- Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
- Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
- Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician/institutional engagement.
- Valid driver’s license; driving within territory is essential.
- Reside within the assigned territory; no relocation assistance.
- Travel within territory and occasionally beyond (up to 30–50%), may include overnight stays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years oncology or specialty sales; health system/institutional account experience preferred.
- Hematology or solid tumor experience; infusion product experience.
- Specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategy familiarity.
- Ability to create/deliver territory plans and meet measurable targets; strong organization; clear written/verbal communication.

Work Arrangement: Field-based; travel regularly within territory.

Compensation/Benefits: US base salary $161,250–$268,750; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health care/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
