Territory: Covers the state of Oregon and Vancouver, WA (ideal candidate resides in a major metropolitan area of Oregon or Vancouver, WA)

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts in the assigned territory.
- Create and execute territory business plans aligned with broader commercial goals.
- Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs and priorities.
- Work with cross-functional partners (e.g., medical affairs, market access, commercial operations) to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
- Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
- Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
- Valid driver’s license; driving within the assigned territory is essential.
- Residence within the assigned territory; relocation assistance is not provided.
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond (30–50%, depending on needs).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; build trusted relationships and influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years oncology or specialty sales (health system/institutional accounts preferred).
- Experience with hematology or solid tumor therapies; infusion product experience.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategies.
- Proven ability to create/deliver territory plans and meet measurable targets; strong organization and communication skills.

Work Arrangement:
- Field-based role; most work conducted in the field across the assigned territory; regular travel.
