Location/Territory: North Carolina, eastern Tennessee, and inland/upstate South Carolina (candidates must live within the territory). Remote US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results by identifying opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate utilization and grow territory business.
- Educate customers with clinically focused messages to grow revenue and deliver product goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, and office/hospital staff across the patient care continuum.
- Conduct local market analysis, including account profiling and influencer mapping; create and execute territory business action plans using approved sales tools.
- Proactively assess customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop local tactics aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
- Identify and build new target relationships based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Understand account-level decisions impacting product access (e.g., formulary placement and EMR inclusion) and develop plans to ensure patient access to care.
- Collaborate with field partners and internal teams (Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Operations, Marketing, Trade and Sales).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget; understand coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered product.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 5+ years account/territory management experience.
- Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products preferred.
- Experience with product launches.
- Bachelorβs degree (BA/BS) required.
- Field-based role with at least 75% travel; candidates near a major airport; valid driverβs license; ability to fly/drive to cover geography and attend meetings/trainings.
Benefits:

Salary Range (US): $160,000β$214,000.
