Role: Oncology Access & Reimbursement (Oncology ARM)

Responsibilities:
- Support access to GSK Oncology products for appropriate patients.
- Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies; help providers understand GSK Patient Support Programs.
- Interface internally with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
- Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities; provide product access/reimbursement expertise.
- Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams.
- Coordinate with third parties (including hubs) on access/reimbursement issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement barriers to patient access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement, Payer Marketing, and/or Oncology Field Sales (HCP administered or Specialty Pharmacy provided).
- Travel up to 60% (including overnights).
- Live in or within 10 miles of the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/MPH or other advanced degree.
- 6+ years’ experience in Field Reimbursement/Oncology Field Sales/Payer Marketing/Patient Support Programs.
- Oncology reimbursement experience across multiple sites of care; payer environment knowledge (state/federal/private); CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 knowledge.
- Commercial, Medicare A/B/C/D, and state Medicaid reimbursement understanding.
- Customer-focused, relationship-building; problem-solving and project management; independent/matrix leadership.
- Specialty Pharmacy access process; HUB/reimbursement call center experience.

Comp/Benefits (if stated): US base salary range $152,250–$253,750; annual bonus; long-term incentive eligibility; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, caregiver/parental and medical leave.
