What You Will Do
Reporting to the Nplate Brand Director, partner across Marketing, Medical, Sales, Market Access, Advocacy, and Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A) to accelerate growth, enhance customer engagement, and develop scalable commercial capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the Nplate patient marketing strategy (consumer initiatives, patient market research, branded patient education); partner for integrated omnichannel execution.
- Own patient advocacy strategy and execution with advocacy organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Drive Patient Journey and Point-of-Care initiatives to improve patient/customer experience, reduce treatment barriers, and optimize educational resources.
- Partner with Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, Advocacy, and Finance to improve patient access, affordability, adherence, and treatment continuity.
- Lead commercial strategy for priority customer segments (APPs, pharmacists, IDNs, and other stakeholders).
- Support Opinion Leader (OL) engagement strategy with Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Sales, Congress, and Advocacy.
- Support commercial planning/execution for major hematology congresses.
- Support development/execution of annual Nplate brand strategy and tactical plans.
- Manage the Nplate marketing budget (forecasting, PO management, agency oversight, budget tracking).
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across internal teams and external agencies for timely, compliant delivery.
- Manage agency partners and coordinate Medical/Legal/Regulatory Materials and compliance review for promotional materials.
- Champion LVL innovation via commercial experiments, performance evaluation, learning documentation, and best-practice identification.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s + 2 years marketing/commercial/consulting/pharma experience; OR Bachelor’s + 4 years; OR Associate’s + 8 years; OR HS/GED + 10 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical/biotech commercial marketing; HCP/patient marketing; hematology/oncology/rare disease/specialty care brand experience; lead complex cross-functional initiatives; strong project/budget management; partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, CD&A, Patient Services, Advocacy; knowledge of promotional review systems (MAC, Veeva PromoMats); strong analytical and communication skills; learning agility (AI/automation/digital).
