Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to align shared priorities and drive product demand to improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales environments) with geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years (Associate level: applicants with limited prior sales experience encouraged).
- Proven track record selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical, compliant leadership.
- Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60β80% within the territory; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and HCP calling.
Compensation & Benefits:
