Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends for local insights, pull-through efforts, and customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (4-year).
- Experience within last 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with geographically dispersed sales teams; associate level accepts limited prior sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/ethical leadership skills and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Qualifications (Desirable):
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Driving is essential (valid unrestricted driverโ€™s license required).

Training: Complete initial training (home study up to 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).
