Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to generate pull-through and lead impactful virtual/in-person engagements.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams within last 5 years; Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license (driving is essential).
Preferred:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Field role training: complete initial training/home study (β€8 hrs/day, β€40 hrs/week).
Compensation/benefits (US eligible): performance incentive; potential annual equity; salary range by level: $77kβ$143k (Associate), $93.8kβ$174.2k (TAS), $119.7kβ$222.3k (Senior), $132.3kβ$245.7k (Executive). Comprehensive benefits and time off.
