Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan; align priorities and tactics to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 2+ (Associate) to 10+ years (Executive) experience in specialty pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales (last 5 years for non-military levels); military leadership (Associate) accepted.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience across therapeutic/disease states, account management, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling.
Compensation/Benefits (US)
- Salary range by level: $77,000β$245,700; performance cash incentive; may be eligible for annual equity awards.

- For field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training/home study (β€8 hrs/day, β€40 hrs/week).
