Role Responsibilities
- Drives sales in assigned territory.
- Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
- Develops and implements business/territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Builds rapport and maintains customer engagement using digital tools.
- Uses internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Applies product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on branded/unbranded value propositions and approved patient resources.
- Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Completes administrative expectations on time.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree with 6+ years; or High school diploma with 8+ years.
- 2+ years in professional sales/promotional activity; small business owner/entrepreneurship; marketing; customer service/account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT, etc.); educator roles; or full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
- Valid US driver’s license; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing.
- Sales/marketing success, territory management, communications, teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with disease states/therapeutic area/products and knowledge of territory customers/markets.
- Reside within territory boundaries.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
- Overtime pay during initial sales training; overtime exempt after certification.
