Role Responsibilities
- Drives sales in assigned territory
- Engages with customers face to face and virtually
- Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize impact
- Builds rapport and relationships in live/virtual settings; uses judgment and digital tools to maintain customer engagement
- Leverages internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities
- Compliantly leverages product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded/branded value and uses approved clinically oriented disease-state information and patient resources
- Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Sales/Promotional Activity, small business/entrepreneurial, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN/Pharmacist/PT/OT), educator, or full-time military experience
- OR associate’s degree with 6+ years experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years relevant experience
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical-related marketing
- Track record of sales/marketing success; territory management; communication; teamwork, leadership, accountability
- Experience with applicable disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets
- Reside within territory boundaries
