Role Responsibilities
- Drives sales in assigned territory.
- Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develops and implements business/territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Builds rapport and maintains customer engagement using digital tools.
- Uses internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Applies product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on approved unbranded/branded value propositions and use clinically oriented patient resources.
- Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance objectives.
- Completes administrative expectations on time.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- OR: Minimum 2 years relevant experience; OR associate’s degree with 6+ years; OR high school diploma with 8+ years.
- Experience in professional sales/promotional activity; entrepreneurial/small business; marketing/customer service/account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT); educator; or full-time military.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical marketing.
- Track record of sales/marketing success, territory management, communications, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
- Experience with applicable disease states/therapeutic area/products.
- Knowledge of territory customers/markets; resides within territory.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600.
- Overtime eligible during initial new hire sales training; becomes overtime exempt upon certification.
- Additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
