Role Summary
- Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) for the Migraine team: increase territory sales and grow relationships with assigned customers/accounts through product promotion and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Build and execute business/territory call plans; identify live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools.
- Use internal reports/analytics to develop and implement strategic opportunities.
- Educate providers on unbranded/branded product value and leverage approved disease-state and patient resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete administrative expectations on time.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience; or High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in professional sales/promotional activity, small business/entrepreneurial work (marketing/customer service/account management), relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN/Pharmacist/PT/OT), educator roles, or full-time military experience.
- Live within 25 miles of the territory border; valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year pharma/biotech/medical sales or related marketing.
- Territory management, strong communications, teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience/knowledge of disease states, therapeutic area, products; knowledge of territory customers/markets.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600.
- Quarterly Sales Incentive bonus; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; 401(k) with matching and retirement contribution; health benefits (medical/prescription/dental/vision).
