Role Responsibilities
- Drives sales in assigned territory
- Engages with customers face to face and virtually
- Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize impact
- Builds rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments using digital tools to maintain engagement
- Uses internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities
- Leverages product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded value propositions; uses approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources as applicable
- Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives
- Completes administrative expectations on time and compliantly

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- OR minimum 2 years professional experience in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; Small Business Owner/Entrepreneurial/Marketing/Customer Service/Account Management; Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT); Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal); or Full Time Military experience
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical-related marketing
- Strong sales/marketing track record and territory management; strong communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability
- Experience with applicable disease states/therapeutic area/products
- Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations)
- Reside within territory boundaries

Benefits/Compensation (if hired)
- Annual base salary range: $76,000–$199,600
- Quarterly Sales Incentive bonus
- 401(k) with Pfizer matching + additional retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision coverage
- Overtime status during initial new-hire sales training; becomes overtime exempt upon certification
