Role Responsibilities:
- Drives sales in assigned territory.
- Engages customers face to face and virtually.
- Develops and implements business/territory call plans; identifies and executes live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Builds rapport and maintains customer engagement using evolving digital tools.
- Uses internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly leverages product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on branded/unbranded value and use approved disease-state resources.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Completes administrative expectations on time and compliantly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Minimum 2 yearsโ experience (or associate degree + 6+ years; or high school diploma/equivalent + 8+ years) in one or more: professional sales/promotional activity; small business/entrepreneurship; marketing/customer service/account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT); educator (e.g., teacher/principal); full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driverโs license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical marketing.
- Proven sales/marketing success, territory management, communications, teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with applicable disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets; resides within territory.
Skills:
Customer/market/business acumen; analytical skills; strong product/disease knowledge; ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams; adept with digital/virtual tools; strong communication and teamwork.
Territory/Apply:

Compensation/Benefits:
- Annual base salary: $76,000โ$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
- Initial training: salary non-exempt (overtime eligible); after certification: overtime exempt.
