Role Summary:
The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) increases territory sales and develops relationships with assigned customers/accounts through product promotion and strategic business planning.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory
- Engage with customers face to face and virtually
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
- Compliantly leverage product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on value propositions and relevant patient resources
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives
- Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience OR associate’s degree with 6+ years OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years in one or more of: professional sales/promotional activity; small business ownership/entrepreneurial/marketing/customer service/account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT); educator; full-time military experience
- Live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citations within past 7 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical marketing
- Track record of sales/marketing success; territory management; strong communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability
- Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products
- Knowledge of territory customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations)
- Reside within territory boundaries
Territory Includes: Harrisburg, Hershey, Carlisle, Camp Hill
