Role Summary
Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - PA-NJ District
Responsibilities
Manage and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives in the psychiatry/CNS space.
Recruit, retain, and coach sales personnel; drive strategic planning, coaching, and performance improvement.
Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; ensure effective credentialing and compliance.
Represent the district with strong clinical and business acumen; align activities with district and company goals.
Travel up to 75% as required to cover the PA-NJ district and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management preferred.
Note: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression; other specialty experience considered.
Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
Documented high performance in sales and leadership roles.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, facilities, and local/state governments.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; analytical and business acumen.
Must reside near a major airport within the district.
Ability to adapt in an innovative work environment; experience in small company/start-up settings.

Clinical, patient-centric, and tactical mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
Independent worker with strong decision-making and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
