Role Summary
Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - PA-NJ District
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a specialty sales team focused on CNS/psychiatry products within the PA-NJ district.
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team members; coach and mentor to achieve above-average results.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive clinical and practical outcomes for patients, and ensure successful product adoption in target accounts.
Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and key stakeholders; maintain credentialing requirements as needed.
Analyze market dynamics and performance metrics; utilize strong business acumen to inform decisions and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, tactics, and execution; maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience considered.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
Required: Driverβs license and clean driving history.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, facilities, and government entities.
Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
Required: Must reside near major airport within the district.
Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
