Role Summary
Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - NY-NJ District
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives in the psychiatry/CNS space.
Recruit, retain, and coach sales professionals; drive goals and optimize performance.
Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; manage credentialing requirements as needed.
Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; effectively plan and execute district strategies.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
Note: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience considered.
Required: Driverβs license and clean driving history.
Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.

Clinical, patient-centric approach with effective selling and presentation skills.
Independent workflow, sound decision-making, and high work ethic.
Organizational ability to manage multiple priorities; technical aptitude with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education
Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
Additional Requirements
Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities.
Must reside near a major airport within the district.
Ability to adapt in an innovative work environment and experience in small company/start-up settings.
