Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus).
- 10+ years in pharmaceuticals industry; 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
- Candidates with <3 years leadership experience may be considered for Associate DSM.
- Specialty experience preferred: CNS/psychiatry (schizophrenia, bipolar, depression); other specialty experience considered.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Ability to secure/maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Must reside near a major airport within the district.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- May occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Goal/results-driven; proven above-average results.
- Strong people management; develop/coach/mentor specialty sales reps.
- Highly clinical, patient-centric, tactical; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Effective selling/presentation; strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities; adjust to roadblocks.
- Technical aptitude: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong analytical/business acumen.
