Role Summary

Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - Cincinnati District

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing specialty sales team within the psychiatry/CNS space.
  • Recruit, retain, and coach sales representatives; drive coaching and development to achieve above-average results.
  • Strategize and execute district-level sales plans; ensure effective execution of field activities.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and patient outcomes; maintain strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Travel up to 75% as required to cover the Cincinnati district.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of sales management preferred.
  • Note: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
  • Preferred: CNS/psychiatry/schizophrenia/bipolar/depression or related specialty experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high-performing specialty sales representatives.
  • Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
  • Driver’s license and clean driving history.
  • Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements; ability to build relationships; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must reside near a major airport within the district; flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments.
