Responsibilities:
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Achieve and sustain above-average sales and leadership results; coach/mentor the team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, customer facilities, and government/state/local stakeholders.
- Secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements for providers and customer facilities.
- Maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment; adjust quickly to roadblocks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโs Degree (advanced degree a plus).
- 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry; 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
- Leadership experience: candidates with fewer than 3 years may be considered for an Associate DSM position.
- Specialty experience preferred: CNS/psychiatry (schizophrenia, bipolar, depression); other specialty experience considered.
- Driverโs license and clean driving history.
- Must reside near a major airport within the district.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
